Describe the process with code snippets for API and dialect here in issue. Will be turned into tutorial later on.

Requirements:

[x] Upload as SQL "comment on table"
[x] Download as oem.json file (parse from comment on table)

oem2orm contains the functions to retrieve the OEM from each table and supports write to .json files. An example could be integrated in the upload - oem2orm tutorial.
