Feature branch for preparation of metadata for LICENSES_v0.3 file in 305_UMAS_Gasspeicher

@hedwiglieselotte i think you added the wrong file extension. Seems like you confuse the CSV and JSON format. All metadata files should have a file extension like filename.json not filename.csv :)
