Metadata for Global Warming Potential values in this table:

Target schema is: climate.szenariendb_gwp.

The metadata is in the file https://github.com/OpenEnergyPlatform/data-preprocessing/blob/review/SzenarienDB_GWP/data-review/climate.szenariendb_gwp.json on the branch review/SzenarienDB_GWP

@MGlauer I merged this pull request. Could you please include the metadata to the OEP?

I added the metadata to the table @l-emele (link). It's not going to look pretty until the next release, though.
