The oem2orm tool is currently developed in this repository. We can not merge this PR until we decide if oem2orm should have its own repository.

@MGlauer I believe you have commented on this before, but I failed to find the connected issue. If I recall correctly, you were against a repository of it's own. Do you have a suggestion where else to put it?
