Issue description

I'm submitting metadata for the MODEX data publication supplementary material I-O-Table.

Final naming and location of the data and metadata after the review are as follows: schema.tablename

It would be nice if the review could be processed soon, as the publication citing the table is already accepted.

I have completed the work on the review. Originally both licenses were missing, but they have been added. Other minor changes were needed. The descriptions for most of the fields are links pointing to the table, which is fine, and some still have no description and have been set as "todo".

Tables moved to reference schema and all tags are added to the table. Review process is finished.
