Once result data is uploaded to OEP and registered on databus, the data should be importable to dashboard and select-able

[x] Create repository to define ORM for result data, table creation, uploading data to OEP and registration on databus -> new repository needed in SEDOS project
[x] Create test scenarios on OEP/databus
[x] Add source to list and download databus scenarios into dashboard
