update usage of value delimitor in data like csv files.

@henhuy cant add you as reviwer. Can you check if the deleimiter is correct? You mentioned this in a meeting some time ago. I don't remember exactly what the problem was, but it was important that individual values in a csv file, e.g. in a series, are separated with a "," " and not ";" .
