Validation of Package schemas against oemetadata #55

Hello!

I added this workflow to validate if the released packages are valid against the oemetadata.

It currently only valiadtes the latest files, but continuing the implementation to include the rest should be easy enough. To see what is wrong with the files you can go to the github actions and download the artifacts.

@areleu I will work on providing files that "fix" the currently failed test.
