It should be possible to documents fields that are nullable #123

Currently it is not possilbe to specify tabluar data columns as nullable in the metadata spec.

proposal

[ ] oemetadata - typespec should be 100% frictionless
[ ] any types shoud be mappable to a sql datatype

Solution

Add extra field postgisdatentyp: sqlDataType to oemetadata
Add script for type mappings
