Description of the issue

The provided example link in the https://github.com/OpenEnergyPlatform/oemetadata/blob/develop/metadata/latest/metadata_key_description.md under 16 (https://databus.dbpedia.org/kurzum/mastr/bnetza-mastr/01.04.00) leads to an error 404: Not Found
