There is no newsletter or blog in the OEP #1298

Description of the issue

This is something that came up when discussing with @carstenhoyerklick. I wanted to apply for a scholarship to attend the International Data Week 2023 and to get it I have to offer some kind of report. If we had a blog or something similar in the platform, I could have offered to document my attendance to the IDW2023 to promote the Open Energy Family in it.

I think having a blog in the platform is good to publish such acknowledgments, success stories and feature releases.

Ideas of solution

Add a blog. What do you think @Ludee?
