Description of the issue

Clicking a tag in a table under topics opens the dataset, not the list of tables with this tag as expected

Steps to Reproduce

open https://openenergy-platform.org/dataedit/view/scenario
click any tag in a right column
opens the table in this row instead of filtering for tables that are tagged with the tag
