• Connect framework/model factsheet api to Models & Frameworks from

The input/output datasets are now connected to the API. Frameworks and models will follow.

Once this PR https://github.com/OpenEnergyPlatform/oeplatform/pull/1663 is merged. We can also add the human readable table title to the api.
