Overwhelming number of fields in OEMetabuilder #1694

Description of the issue

There are too many fields visible at once when creating a metadata string.

Ideas of solution

Grouping them in tabs would help overwhelmed users complete or create a partial string.

Make the entire page look less intimidating.
