"About OEP" update

I suugest to add this basic information missing on the "About" page:

What? Energy System Modelling and Data Openly licenced energy data of any kind can be published and accessed here. Especially energy system modelling data and scenarios can be found, along with further information on the underlying models, frameworks and studies. Energy system models are used to explore...

@han-f what do you think? Is "openly licenced energy data of any kind" too broad?

I think openly licensed ... of any kind is fine, as we want to be inclusive! But we go beyond energy data, for example we have climate related data, too (ghg emissions, global warming potentials etc...). How about: Openly licenced data relevant in the field of climate and energy research ?

I just saw, that the Open Energy Family Logo on the same page needs an update: The old OEP design in still in the centre of the logo... @christian-rli can you also take care of it?
