Further mineral oil products: Refinery gas and petroleum coke

Description of the issue

While working on issue #1318 / PR #1331, I saw that there are currently two mineral oil products missing in the OEO:

• refinery gas
• petroleum coke

Ideas of solution

As start, some definitions/descriptions found elsewhere:

• refinery gas
  • EU Regulation (EC) 1099/2008: "Refinery gas includes a mixture of non-condensible gases mainly consisting of hydrogen, methane, ethane and olefins obtained during distillation of crude oil or treatment of oil products (e.g. cracking) in refineries. This also includes gases which are returned from the petrochemical industry."
  • Wikipedia (DE): "Raffineriegase sind gasförmige Nebenprodukte in Erdölraffinerien."
• petroleum coke
  • EU Regulation (EC) 1099/2008 "Black solid by-product, obtained mainly by cracking and carbonising petroleum derived feedstock, vacuum bottoms, tar and pitches in processes such as delayed coking or fluid coking. It consists mainly of carbon (90 to 95 %) and has a low ash content. It is used as a feedstock in coke ovens for the steel industry, for heating purposes, for electrode manufacture and for production of chemicals. The two most important qualities are ‘green coke’ and ‘calcinated coke’. Includes ‘catalyst coke’ deposited on the catalyst during refining processes; this coke is not recoverable and is usually burned as refinery fuel."
  • Wikipedia: "Petroleum coke, abbreviated coke or petcoke, is a final carbon-rich solid material that derives from oil refining, and is one type of the group of fuels referred to as cokes. Petcoke is the coke that, in particular, derives from a final cracking process—a thermo-based chemical engineering process that splits long chain hydrocarbons of petroleum into shorter chains—that takes place in units termed coker units.

Proposals:

• Refinery gas is a gas mixture that is produced as a by product of a mineral oil refining process. It mainly consists of hydrogen, methane, ethane and olefins and can be used as a fuel.
  • 'has disposition' some 'combustible energy carrier disposition'
  • 'has normal state of matter' value gaseous
  • 'has origin' some fossil
  • 'has role' some 'fuel role'
  • ('has part' some hydrogen) and ('has part' some methane) ( => ethane and olefine we currently cannot axiomatise as we do not have these classes)
  • 'physical output of' some 'mineral oil refining process'
• Petroleum coke is a portion of matter with a solid state of matter that is produced in a mineral oil refining process. It consists mainly of carbon and can be uses as a fuel.
