New competency questions?

Description of the issue

We currently have 49 competency questions. Most of them deal with portion of matter, fuel and artificial objects. There are only two questions regarding energy. Other important parts of the OEO are not yet covered at all by the competency questions.

Ideas of solution

Topics that should be covered by further competency questions:

• subclasses of energy and energy transformation
• subclasses of information content entity, especially various subclasses of quantity value
• subclasses of sector and sector division and their individuals
• subclasses of temporal region and spatial region

Some proposals for new competency questions, based on what we already can express with the OEO.

1. Does every energy transformation need a material entity? => Yes
2. Is every fuel an energy carrier? => Yes
3. Is every energy carrier a fuel? => No
4. Can a diesel car use biodiesel? => Yes
5. Is an e-bike an battery electric vehicle? => Yes
6. Can a gas turbine only use natural gas? => No
7. Is a data license a copyright license? => No
8. Is electrical energy a commodity? => Yes
9. Is thermal energy a commodity? => No
10. Is hydrogen produced in a water electrolysis process using wind energy an renewable energy carrier? => Yes

But more interesting are probably questions which we cannot yet answer using the OEO.

11. Can an energy scenario also be an emission scenario? => Yes
12. Is every energy scenario an emission scenario? = No
13. Is kilowatt-hour an energy unit? => Yes

14. Is a power-to-gas process is both an energy transformation and and material transformation? => Yes (from issue #1526)

15. What is the difference between a renewable biofuel and a non-renewable biofuel? => Only renewable biofuel has a material sustainability disposition. (No idea, how to implement this question).
