Summary of the discussion

The concepts of resilience power system resilience were added, as they are important for the study factsheets. Since power system was not in the ontology yet, it was added.

EDIT: From the definitions, these axioms can be directly derived and should also be added: resilience 'has bearer' some system 'power system resilience' 'has bearer' some 'power system'

Is every power system is resilient? Or only some power systems? I understood that only some power systems are resilient.

You're right, I just edited the axioms.
