Proposal: A non-energy use technology is a technology that describes among other things how to combine non-energy use of energy carriers with other processes and artificial objects or other material entities in a specific way. 'non-energy use technology' EquivalentTo technology and 'is about' some ('participates in' some 'non-energy use')

I am fine with the proposal. Yet, I am reluctant to the labels non-energy use and non-energy use technology. I's prefer "consumption", I guess, or at least have them as alternative label.

energy use has the alternative label energy consumption, so I think we can safely add the alternative label non-energy consumption to the class non-energy use. So I think, we can safely add non-energy consumption technology as alternative label to non-energy use technology.

I will implement.
