Description of the issue

The definition of German Energy Balance Sector Division (OEO_00000193) is currently available only in German. This makes it inaccessible to anyone who does not speak German, and is also somewhat inconsistent, since definitions are usually provided in English.

Ideas of solution

Add an English definition, or translate the definition into English.

The definition are not Aristotelian either. So I suggest the following new definition: The German energy balance sector division is an energy balance used by AG Energiebilanzen (Working Group on Energy Balances) to compile the official national German energy balances.

We can reuse the existing definition as elucidation or rdf:comment.
