replace `has bearer` with `characteristic of`

• Import "characteristic of" from RO with subproperties

  • quality of
  • role of

• Add equivalence with "has bearer"

This was not completely finished in #1794.

• Since characteristic of and has bearer are not equivalent, see e.g. comments in #1826, we should NOT add an equivalence, although proposed in the dev meeting.
• I'd recommend to replace the usage of has bearer instead, although it affects over 100 classes. OVGU can take over this task.
