Removed depracation warnings in building routine

Summary of the discussion

The building routine / workflow produced a number of deprecation warnings due to some older Action versions being used. This PR aims to fix this by updating the workflow to use newer versions. There were no changes to the workflow config necessary, due to there being no breaking changes or only breaking changes not affecting our needs.
