Description: "ModSci is a reference ontology for modelling different types of modern sciences and related entities, such as scientific discoveries, renowned scientists, instruments, phenomena ... etc."
ModSci does not implement bfo and has many entities that we dont need or dont have definitions so I don't recommend to include it but we can use it for inspiration/ comparison.
It can be helful for everything related to the study of science.
I don't think that we need this for describing the fact sheets nor the conversion papers so I moved to v.1.3 milestone.
We don't use ModSci but documented it in the wiki: https://github.com/OpenEnergyPlatform/ontology/wiki/Use-of-external-ontologies
Any objections against closing the issue?
