I have been trying to annotate multiple power plant databases including but not limited to those coming from the https://globalenergymonitor.org/ and they often refer to fossil fuels that we either have but with a different label or we do not have.
Missing alternative labels:
bituminous coal for coking coal
brown coal for lignite
Missing entities:
coal waste/refuse as subclass of fossil waste fuel (and I would argue also of coal)
light (crude?) fuel oil and heavy (crude?) fuel oil, these I am not really sure if they should be alternative labels of existing terms or if they should be implemented.
Related to the last is probably naphta not really sure if is the same s light crude oil.
coalbed methane maybe a sublcass of natural gas? or an alternative label of colliery gas
agricultural waste fuel as subclass of waste fuel or maybe of biogenic industrial waste fuel?

?Ideas of solution
I think
coal waste/refuse
bituminous coal
andbrown coal
are clear but the oils are open to discussion. I think this should expand on https://github.com/OpenEnergyPlatform/ontology/issues/1318Workflow checklist
I am aware that
