Description of the issue

In https://www.utwente.nl/en/eemcs/fois2024/resources/papers/stappel-neuhaus-representing-energy-in-the-midlevel-energy-ontology-meno.pdf @fabianneuhaus and I proposed the Midlevel Energy Ontology meno. It covers energies, energy transformations and energy transfers.
