The new tasks-module for the OEO deals with task and subtask definitions to describe research data. One phrase that regularly pops up in there is wind characteristics.
In a meeting @stap-m and I agreed to add a little explanation what wind characteristics are in the definitions where those are mentioned, see also #1891
However wind characteristics may be worth becoming it's own class. If so we should discuss where in the OEO it would fit. An idea that was mentioned would be as a process attribute.
According to @tpelser, who provided the tasks for the module, wind characteristics include speed, direction, frequency, turbulence, and seasonal or diurnal patterns.
