Use of the domain openenergyplatform.org and openenergy-platform.org

Currently, we have both domains:

1. openenergy-platform.org 🎉
2. openenergyplatform.org 🚀

As decided in #8, the original name was OpenEnergy Platform and thus the domain 1. was used primarily. Because we restructured the OEP with the academy and compendium as GH-Pages, we should discuss the final URL for the upcoming major release 1.0.0.
