GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 Deprecated - This license identifier has been deprecated since license list version 3.0.

There are two options now:

  1. https://spdx.org/licenses/AGPL-3.0-or-later.html
  2. https://spdx.org/licenses/AGPL-3.0-only.html

I would suggest to take option 1.
