As a user of this plugin, I want to see both control blocks that are connected to other IED and also see control blocks that are not.

Requirements

show endpoints when control blocks have a data set (exclude dynamic reports)
show endpoint and line per control block connection to the receiving IED
use different colors per service type (solorized preferred)
show endpoint for Input/ClientLN (receiving IED)
use arrow to indicate the information flow
