Show editor when clicked in on sending endpoint

As a user of this plugin, I want to see the configuration of the control block when I click on the endpoint of a Report, GOOSE or SampledValue service.

Requirements

• show report-control-element-editor from the publisher for the ReportControl elements
• show gsecontrol-element-editor from the publisher plugin for the GSEControl elements
• show sampledvaluecontrol-editor-element from the publisher for SampledValueControl elements
• show all element on a right hand side slide bar
• allow closing the sidebar
• allow resizing slidebar

We will not do that for now. This editor shall not be used to create new control blocks neither allow to change report control settings.
