Add kernel device driver soes/linux/kernel-lan9252/*
branch when using linux linux lan9252 driver requires rtl_lan9252demo and rt-kernel-lan9252 to be modified. separate code with "#ifdef linux" to avoid affecting RTOS operation

Separated behavior with "#ifdef linux". I need to fix rt-kernel-lan9252 as my linux device driver. I made this behavior on linux .....

I prefer if you create separate examples for Linux

Okay. I was concerned that there were too many duplicate codes. I will modify and "pull request" again. ~_~
