When you arrive at a provider page, the menu bar breadcrumbs don't display the city, category, and subcategory of the page you're on. Currently it shows All for city, All for category and All for subcategory. Ideally the breadcrumbs show where you are.
And when selecting a new city, category, or subcategory in the provider page menu bar, the new selection would navigate away from the provider page to display what they chose.
