Once the public website has been delivered, the content will be written through Airtable. New hours of operation, changes to services offered, and the advent of new providers: all will appear on the website through changes made to Airtable.

Airtable is an easy-to-use relational database. And copies can be created and "networked," or synced, so that organizations in Lane County that maintain lists of public services can enter information into a shared data commons. This work of updating the data is essential to the value and relevance of the Little Help Book's information.

For other organizations in Lane County that collect and maintain public information about available social services, it looks possible to create a synced collection of Airtable databases. Each organization could maintain information within their own copy of the Airtable database that is networked to the one White Bird uses to source their Little Help Book. All the organizations using this networked database ideally benefit from the collaboration and contributions of all the members using and updating information about available resources in lane County.

We'll need people who understand Airtable and can assist social workers in learning how to use it.
