Update 5 URLs on about.html (Issue #171):
Make email accessible by changing from plain text to clickable
Change slack channel link from general EugeneTech channel to proj-little-help-book channel
Change Sustainability link from non-working link to different working link
Change all 5 links on page from opening in same tab to opening in new tabs (target="blank") because they are going to external pages
