Responsive transition from four to three columns to Tablet #4

In the resizing of a browser window, as it becomes smaller, the desktop columns go from four to three columns but we don't need to hide subcategories until the size reaches the media query for tablet.

For ease of navigation on the smaller screen, many of the desktop contents are inside the hamburger menu and the buttons are larger. Here's a visual for the transition state the site arrives at in Tablet view:

@bmckenzie93 that Figma page results from insights gained over the weekend. I'll begin a design for the mobile screen and add that as soon as I have it ready.
