AMD Version of F2 #119

Creating an AMD version of F2 would make it more compatible with AMD clients to use F2 Containers. It would also make it easier to manage and update the third party scripts that are used in F2.

F2 can already be used as AMD module. Please reference issue #25 for the history and check out the example container which uses AMD to load F2 (and other dependencies).
