Anchor Links to 'App Class' in spec aren't all working #71

The markdown-to-html converter isn't playing nicely with the multiple headings for "Scripts" when making anchors links.

Click App Class in the 'About Inline Scripts' box to see this issue. It should go to app-development.html#scripts-1 instead of app-development.html#scripts.
