This pull request includes the following changes:

Update for backward compatibility in reading .lin files
Updates for reading all forms of the .outb binary file from OpenFAST (should address https://github.com/OpenFAST/openfast/issues/331)
Updated conversion scripts and input-file templates for yet-to-be-merged versions of OpenFAST
Updated MBC3 scripts to calculate inverse operation for mode-shape visualization in a better way
Added an example script for computing Campbell diagrams
