This tool can be used to write AeroDyn15 files based on polar data.

I don't have the time right now to reviewer this in detail, but I'm happy to see this functionality added to the MATLAB toolbox.

@jjonkman I agree, this is certainly an enhancement. I'll merge and if there are any comments in the future please open a new issue.
