Since there is no relevant case study, I want to use 'subdyn' to make a suction barrel-based offshore fan. Can I copy and paste the environment parameters from other models after modeling? I want to load things like turbulent wind and irregular waves on the fan model。

Dear @sruispascal,

I'm not aware of a publicly available OpenFAST model of a fixed-bottom offshore wind turbine with suction bucket foundation. The publicly available OpenFAST models with monopile foundation are likely closest to what you want.
