The ib pool is entirely empty in spite of there being machines with IB adapters and the ib-mlx4 and ib-mlx5 pools are populated. I added those machines to the generic ib pool.
While there, I noticed some other pool issues. We didn't update the pools after the addition of the NVMe devices, so nodes 01 and 02 had incorrect pools assigned as they both had a card removed to make room for the NVMe cards. I updated those as well.
