node-01 outstanding issues #56

@shall1024 @lylavoie After configuring the fsdp_setup scripts for node-01, these issues remain:

1) opa fabric down (see issue #55) 2) roce fabric down (unknown cause, this is a 100gig capable port so breakout cable shouldn't be the issue) 3) iwarp fabric down (see issue #29 and breakout cables)

This should all be fixed now, per the latest updates and setup.
