QLogic FastLinQ QL41212 25G are not linking #85

Nodes 09 and 10 QLogic ports, 25G, are not linking up with the Edgecore Switch.

The config on the switch had to enable RS FEC for these ports. All other break out ports needed this disabled to work. All 4 lines up on nodes 09 / 10 are up and running.
