Update OpenVPN config to align with latest releases #92

OpenVPN changed the compression requirements. Update the server and VPN template to align with these updates.

This has been completed. No changes should be required for existing users. New users will receive an update VPN config, that includes the correct (newer) cipher, per the latest openvpn configuration.
