DHIS2 auditing

Tasks

Remove attr()
Replace axios with new common http
mark configMigrationHelper @private
Proposal: destory(resourceType, IdOrPath, options, callback)
Remove discover()
Remove dv()
remove findAttributeValue
Update request to use the new common http with a new signature
get, patch and update signature should be (path, options, callback)
Proposal: upsert(resourceType, {options: {}, query: {}, data: {}}, callback)
Remove selectId()
