VSC Integration: CLI commands #747

VSC integration step 2: integrate the CLI with the command palette

This means exposing commands like "execute" and "deploy" and triggering them from VSC.

I don't know how we handle options.

For execute, stdout should always go to a VSC output window. Maybe it can include a log filter in the shell UI? I don't know how we do that
