name of deleted workflow can't be reused #2197

I have created a workflow with name test, then deleted it. When I create a new workflow with the same name and try to save it, I get the error a workflow with this name already exists in this project.

v2.6.0 (1.1.0)

I have reproduced this locally on main:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new workflow with name X
  2. Delete the workflow.
  3. Create a new workflow with name X and click Save.

Expected behavior The new workflow should be saved.
