Reduce final state for `bulk/bulkGetCases-HH.js` job #119

Summary

The bulk/bulkUpsert-HHandHHVisit.js job is failing to run because the final state from bulk/bulkGetCases-HH.js is 12.898MB which is greater than the job state limits 10MB.

This PR contains changes that format the job code for bulk/bulkGetCases-HH.js and reduce final state by removing the content of state.response

Looks good. Does the GitHub integration owner on this www.openfn.org still have write access to the repo?

I can no see the members in this repo from my end, but i think @hngondoki has write access
