Related to issue #55. Adding logs to troubleshoot 500 error Primero threw on Sept 12 when OpenFn queried the /users endpoint to search for the referring caseworker's contact info to share with Progres in referrals. Current run logs do not capture the full error message; hard to tell if the error is from Primero (when fetching this contact info) or from Progres/DTP (when sending the referral).
