rename repository to `wcs-wildmeat` #17

We will then have 2 main repos for now: wcs and wcs-wildmeat. Please advise if any changes need to be made in the corresponding OpenFn projects.

Change made. GitHub typically preserves both names for a time, but I've updated the repo name in the corresponding job_source in the database. I've tested the integration in both directions and we're all good.
